I spent a cold winter night in Avalon, NJ waiting for the milky way and moon to rise. Its a ghost town in the winter here, allowing me to play all night under the stars. New Jersey is not the greatest place for the milky way as we battle light pollution from densely populated areas so to get this much detail I need to use a star tracker and tried to edit out the haze then tends to be near the water.
