Description
The watermark is not printed on the final product. I found this cool abandoned farm house while driving down Rt. 206 in Southamton, NJ and thought it would make a great night shot. The foreground was lit up by the moon and a diffused spot light on the house. Thanks for viewing and supporting my work!

Thanks for sharing. I'd never heard of star tracker before but I'm intrigued by them. One just might end up on my wish list.
Michael Ver Sprill replied:
Yea they help a lot and allow for a sharper and cleaner milky way shot. The one I use is Ioptron and I think they say it can track up to a 5 minute exposure before the stars star blurring.

Congratulations on winning the Night Sky contest. That is a very nice image. That must be a very remote place to see the Milky Way so clearly.
Michael Ver Sprill replied:
Thanks Steve. In NJ its very hard to get good detail out of the milky way unless you use a star tracker of some sort. I took the foreground picture then tracked the Milky Way and had to composite the 2 images.
